Once upon a time, there was a special baby contest in the forest.
Animals came from near and far to show off their little ones.

Some animals thought he was not as cute as the others.

“Laugh if you wish,” she said.
“You may not think my baby is the prettiest.”
“You may not think he deserves the prize.”
“But to me, he is the most wonderful baby in the whole world.”
“He is my precious little darling, and I love him very much.”
The animals grew quiet.
Mother Monkey didn’t care what others thought.
She loved her baby exactly as he was.
